Lain, Serial Experiments Lain

It's been a long time hasn't it? With exams to study for and projects to finish, I had no leisure time whatsoever. However, it's the start of the second semester and my classes are pretty easy so meshing will recommence shortly.

During January I started working on Yuna from FFX-2 and all I have done is the head. I wanna see how many people actually read these readmes so check out the site below and I'll be able to tally how many people looked.

I'm trying to get into more professional work and I might even start using some programs from Discreet to get me started (www.discreet.com the makers of 3DS Max and Gmax, the program I'm going to start using). Luckily I'll be able to learn a hellova lot more from my teacher in animation class about 3DS Max and we'll be able to use it throughout the year. You won't be stuck with crummy meshes for long once I start focussing.

I wanted to use a different method of meshing hair so I made the hair as one mesh instead of a glob of modified boxes. It's much smoother than my previous head skins and it looks a whole lot more like hair (who the hell has box hair anyway right? Except maybe Goku...). I'm going to be making hair in this fashion from now on (I'll probably regret it since it takes so long, but I guess it's worth it).

Like so many times before, I've never seen Serial Experiments Lain before. I've been hearing good things but I'm too lazy to download the eps.

This zip includes the raver and kuma (with and without the hood on) outfits. It took almost an hour to organize everything...

Check out Comic Skin Network's Skinning forum and You'll see my updates (azntigger). I'm not much of a HTML fanatic so most of my updates will be over there instead of on a site of my own.

These meshes/skins were created by SWPark and are not to be modified or redistributed without the consent from the creator. Blah blah blah, please don't change my hard work. If you want to use any part of this model, please contact me and prove that you're genuinely sincere.

SWPark will not be held responsible if the meshes or skins do any damage to your computer. By downloading this Skn, you have agreed to the above statement. Yadda yadda yadda, Skns can't cause any real damage to your computer. They may have conflicts with other Skns causing your game to crash on startup or when creating a family so if this happens then you must tell me so I can try remedying the error.

My next skin: Well, I have Sesshomaru from Inu Yasha on the bench but I can't release it just yet. I still have to reskin some portions of his body and I still have to make a few more things. The head itself is complete but has minor problems that I have to address (the ears are too pointed outwards).

I really want to get Yuna's head completed at least this weekend but I doubt that I could even if I wanted to.

...I just realized that I was supposed to make Lain's bear costume...so I'll start working on that :D
